Why it failed
The data service returns at most 2,000 records a request and we never asked for the rest. The full 2024 return has 2,340 sites, 844,375 hours and 108,579 events, and the worst-offenders list was missing sites (for example Cwm Penmachno, 6,000 hours). The live overflow count had the same cap: 2,362 overflows report status, not 2,000.
